Structural Steel: Inspection of structural steel framing, member installation, connections, alignment, and conformance with approved construction documents.

Welding: Visual inspection of joint preparation, welding procedures, weld size, profile, continuity, and workmanship.

Bolting: Inspection of high-strength bolted connections, including bolt type, size, installation, pretensioning, and required verification.

Concrete: Inspection of reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, sampling, curing, and applicable field conditions.

Masonry: Inspection of CMU construction, reinforcement, grout placement, mortar, anchors, ties, and installation details.

Soils: Inspection of subgrade conditions, fill placement, lift thickness, compaction, and field-density testing.

Support of Excavation (SOE): Inspection of soldier piles, lagging, bracing, tiebacks, underpinning, and related excavation-support work.

Fireproofing: Inspection of sprayed fire-resistant materials, including substrate condition, thickness, density, adhesion/cohesion testing, and repairs.
